Early Settlement Mediation - East Central



        Serving Garvin, Grady, Hughes, McClain, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, and Seminole Counties in Oklahoma

Providing all citizens of Oklahoma with convenient access to fair, effective, inexpensive and expeditious dispute resolution proceedings. Early Settlement operates under the authority of the Oklahoma Dispute Resolution Act 12 O.S. 1801 et seq. and according to the Rules and Procedures for the Dispute Resolution Act

How Much Will Mediation Cost?

 

There is no cost to use Early  Settlement's Mediation services for cases filed in court.  For unfiled cases the initiating and responding party must each pay a $5.00 fee.  Fee waivers are available upon request.
